Located in an ideal position on the corner of Rutland Road and Algitha Road, Englemere, under the management of Gwen and Bill Hitchen is a perfect location for an informal, low cost holiday break.

Overlooking the Tower Gardens ( adjacent to the promenade), and a few steps from the shopping centre of Skegness, few venues offer a better position for local facilities.

The Guesthouse comprises 10 letting rooms, of which 6 of which offer private en-suite facilities. We have an en-suite ground floor bedroom, which has proved very popular with visitors who may have difficulty negotiating stairs.

Our non ensuite bedrooms are close to a delightful shower room a few paces away.

We offer both room and breakfast or optional, room, breakfast and evening meal.

We very much regret that we are unable to accommodate parties of single young persons.
